Level 3 Combined Beauty Therapy Skills
The Level 3 Diploma in Combined Beauty Therapy Skills combines Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications in the beauty therapy industry. The qualification is aimed at those learners who wish to gain knowledge and skills relating to beauty therapy at Level 3 without prior knowledge.

Aimed to develop learners’ knowledge and skills and confirm their competence as beauty therapists. Learners will expand their technical skills for employment as a beauty therapist whilst learning to plan, prepare, and deliver Level 3 beauty treatments safely and correctly, following health and safety regulations and legislation.
The Combined Beauty Therapy course will give you all the skills and knowledge to work competently in the beauty industry, whether employed by a salon or self-employed in a salon-based or mobile business.

You will cover two health and safety units to build your knowledge of a salon manager role, risk assessments and general health and safety legislation. Effectiveness at work will give you skills to work as a team, be confident in your responsibilities and how to further your career.

Facial skincare and apply it to make-up covering day, evening and special occasion looks

Provide eyelash and brow treatments – understand how to lash and brow tinting, eyebrow shaping and strip and cluster lash application

Waxing Techniques – Learning the two main wax methods of hot and warm wax and the most suitable areas

Learn to provide Swedish body massage, hot stone treatments, manicures and pedicures, semi-permanent lashes, and spray tanning

Promoting products and services will teach you the skills to promote your treatments or products and technological advancements to stay up to date with industry trends
The Level 3 Combined Beauty Therapy is a Fast Track Course delivered in 20 weeks, meaning that you will be qualified in that short space of time for a course that can take up to 2 years to complete at a college. This means you start practicing as a Beauty Therapist much sooner. The course is delivered during the week days. This course will enable you to have an excellent career as a Beauty Therapist or set up your own business.

Level 3 Diploma in Nail Technology
The Level 3 Diploma in Nail Technology is a substantial vocational qualification that will prepare you for a career as a nail technician. This qualification is designed to support you to gain employment as a nail technician, including all the required elements to work effectively as a nail technician including, mandatory units covering the following:

Providing manicures and pedicures

Applying and maintaining nail enhancements

Client care and communication in beauty-related industries

Monitor and maintain health and safety practice in the salon

Maintaining personal health and well-being

You will also have the opportunity to further develop your understanding and skills by completing specialist units:

Display stock to promote sales in a salon
The structure of this qualification provides you with the flexibility to develop your knowledge, understanding and skills required to become a nail technician. Throughout this qualification, you will develop your knowledge and understanding of relevant anatomy and physiology, health and safety, client care and nail products and equipment.

Develop a range of technical skills enabling you to provide a variety of nail enhancement treatments using different techniques. Along with interpersonal skills that will assist you to communicate effectively with clients.
Throughout the qualification, you will develop new skills, which you will need to demonstrate, through the presentation of different forms of evidence, that you can meet the requirements and standards of each unit, within the qualification:

Your performance will be observed by your assessor when providing practical treatments

You will complete projects and written assignments

Respond to oral and written questions

Complete client record cards, detailing the treatments and taking photographs demonstrating the skills you have gained
The Level 3 Nail Technology is a Fast Track Course delivered up to 16 weeks, meaning that you will be qualified in that short space of time for a course that usually takes 1 year to complete at a college. This means you start practicing as a Nail Technician much sooner. The course will be delivered during the daytime and evening courses also available. This course is an advanced Nail Technology Course will enable you to have an excellent career as a nail technician or set up your own business.
